We design our watches on a “long time” scale. A Poincaré is made to last several generations. Each piece, down to the smallest, is made with this objective in mind.

Our limited production fosters an exclusive relationship with each of our customers. Private access embodies this direct connection with our Maison. It centralises the history of your timepiece and offers you bespoke support for any technical or heritage-related enquiries.
REVISE
Our watchmakers carry out a complete overhaul of the movement: dismantling, inspection, lubrication and fine adjustment. Your watch will regain the brilliance and accuracy it had when it was new.
Authenticate
Each Poincaré watch benefits from a dedicated unique identification number. You can thus authenticate your watch at any time, or take it to our after-sales services so that they can check its authenticity.
Preserve
In the event of significant damage due to an accident, for example, our after-sales services can restore or replace the damaged elements, in order to restore it to the performance and shine of the first days.

Our alligator bracelets are made exclusively in Geneva. Mississippi alligator leather benefits from the highest level of traceability in the leather industry, subject to strict requirements under the Washington Convention.
The use of alligator skins has enabled the establishment of a fund dedicated to a government programme to ensure the preservation of their species.
Regularly cited as a success by the United Nations and animal welfare organisations, this programme enables authorities, biologists and NGOs to implement the necessary measures to ensure the species' renewal, the maintenance of its natural habitat and its harmonious coexistence with humans and the environment.

When you become the owner of a Poincaré watch, you will have access to the after-sales service closest to your home from your secure account. You can also ask any questions you may have or make an appointment directly from this account. Finally, if you wish, you can have your watch delivered by our courier service directly to our premises in Geneva for maintenance or a full service.
